SPBGMA National Bluegrass Awards 2020

Společnost SPBGMA hájí tradičního ducha a uměleckou formu bluegrassové hudby (SPBGMA je akronym pro „Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America“ a jako takový se vyslovuje jednoslovně jako „spig’ma“). Organizace mj. nabízí také manažerský servis pro vybrané bluegrassové festivaly a kapely, přičemž u sponzorovaných subjektů přísně trvá na tradičních akustických nástrojích a na tradičním dress code…

Slavnostní událost udělování letošních cen SPBGMA (v pořadí 46.) se konala v neděli 2. února 2020 v hotelu Sheraton Music City v Nashvillu, Tennessee…

Ceny byly vyhlašovány a rozdávány v průběhu vystoupení skupin The Grascals, Nothin‘ Fancy, Lonesome River Band a The Farm Hands…

Zvláštní cenu „Masters Gold Award“ obdržel Tim Graves za deset vítězství v kategorii Dobro Performer of the Year.
